Özet:The results of the research stay in the state of Puebla are presented, based on the tracking of evidence that supports the thesis that there is a sustainable intervention of the Mexican urban image during the last decade, through two of the expressions of Urban art best known as muralism and graffiti. Starting from reality, the repercussions of both urban referents, defended from the perspective of each one of their actors, are analyzed, as is the case of the mural collective called “Tomato” and the graffiti artist Christian Zacek Siet, who under the critical eye of Urban planning specialists such as Dr. Eloy Méndez Sainz are questioned regarding their scope of action, their reasons for intervention, their variants and their working mechanisms within the Mexican context. Therefore, the term sustainability becomes very subtle to the extent that the different intervention processes develop and even many think that it can get lost.
