Few urban interventions take the community and social actors into account, which is why it is important to consider for positive social change. To do so, it is necessary to recognize in what way social actors can be identified within a socially vulnerable group, and what networks are created in interaction. At a methodological level, this article undertakes a conceptual and theoretical review that allows for the identification of key elements to develop a proposal. As a result, an eight-step methodology was developed that seeks to obtain information, identify the profile and levels of power and influence, in order to map the level of influence and interaction to determine the role of the social actor. This allows for the tabulation and visual representation of characteristics and attributes to determine social relationships and cases of conflict, in order to select the social actors who will be included in the process of community planning. This contribution facilitates understanding of community dynamics in order to design a social activity or community project in a participatory and effective way. |

En las intervenciones urbanas pocas toman en cuenta a la comunidad y a los actores sociales, por esto es importante considerar un cambio social positivo. Para esto es necesario reconocer de qué forma se pueden identificar los actores sociales dentro de un grupo socialmente vulnerable y cuáles son las redes que se generan en la interacción. A nivel metodológico se realizó una revisión conceptual y teórica que permitió la identificación de elementos clave para la estructuración de una propuesta. Como resultado, se diseñó una metodología de ocho pasos con los cuales se busca obtener información, identificar el perfil y los niveles de poder e influencia, con esto se logra mapear el grado de influencia e interacción para determinar el rol del actor social. Esto permite tabular y representar visualmente las características y los atributos para determinar las relaciones sociales y los casos de conflicto, todo esto con el fin de seleccionar a los actores sociales que se vincularán al proceso de planificación comunitaria. Este aporte permite entender las dinámicas de las comunidades a fin de diseñar la actividad social o el proyecto comunitario de manera participativa y efectiva. Poucas intervenções urbanas levam em conta a comunidade e os atores sociais, por isso é importante considerar uma mudança social positiva. Para isso, é necessário reconhecer de que forma podem ser identificados os atores sociais dentro de um grupo socialmente vulnerável e quais são as redes que são geradas na interação. Quanto à metodologia, foi realizada uma revisão conceituai e teórica que permitiu a identificação de elementos-chave para estruturar uma proposta. Como resultado, foi desenhada uma metodologia de oito passos com os quais se busca obter informação, identificar o perfil e os níveis de poder e influência, com isso é possível mapear o grau de influência e interação para determinar o papel do ator social. Isso permite medir e representar visualmente as características e os atributos para determinar as relações sociais e os casos de conflito a fim de selecionar os atores sociais que serão vinculados ao processo de planejamento comunitário. Esta contribuição permite entender as dinâmicas das comunidades para elaborar a atividade social ou o projeto comunitário de maneira participativa e efetiva.
