Résumé:The Barrio Primero de Mayo, located in the fourth district of Bogotá, suffers a series of processes that affect its future development, at the present time inside these processes a phenomenon of physical transformations it is presented, as much in the housings as in the neighborhood. On this topic, this phenomenon faces strategic operations on the part of the government of Bogotá and the Administrative Department of Distrital planning (DAPD) that determine the neighborhood as a Sector of Cultural Patrimony. The following article has as objective to expose a series of rules that you/they improve the conditions of habitability of the Primero de Mayo, from the notion of cultural Patrimony starting from the habitat vision. To achieve this objective, first, it is described the phenomenon of physical transformations that are manifested in the neighborhood. Then, it defines a conceptual mark through five concepts, they are: cultural patrimony, habitat, sustainability, quality of life and accessibility. Next, a series of stocks is presented that they seek to solve the deterioration of the habitat of the neighborhood, taken place by the phenomenon of physical transformation. Finally, a Model of appropriation of the housing like dynamic and interrelated system is presented.
