Also it refer to the way of operation of this collectives, their intentions, overtakes, competences, participants, achievements, troubles and finally as beginning from the reflections and agreements in this collectives it could obtain a new way to assume the roles of teachers and educated of designers for the new world on the globalization times actually. The writer is based principally on the acts of the meetings and on the notes made during his active participation in the collectives of the firsts three semesters of the program for a time that it developed. Este artículo pretende mostrar de una manera objetiva cómo los colectivos de docentes – estudiantes, llevados a cabo en el programa de Diseño Industrial, son instrumentos que revitalizan los procesos pedagógicos al permear de una manera directa el quehacer académico, mostrando desde el proyecto educativo del programa cómo se dio origen a esta propuesta de articulación temática entre las diferentes asignaturas a partir de los núcleos problemáticos definidos para cada semestre en la primera fase del plan curricular. También se refiere al funcionamiento de estos colectivos, sus propósitos, alcances, competencias, participantes, logros, dificultades y en fin, cómo a partir de las reflexiones y acuerdos en estos colectivos se pudo lograr una nueva manera de asumir los roles de docentes y formadores de diseñadores para el nuevo mundo en los tiempos actuales de globalización. El autor se basa principalmente en las actas de las reuniones y en las anotaciones tomadas durante su participación activa en los colectivos de los tres primeros semestres del programa en el tiempo que se desarrollaron.
