Description
Summary:This article registers an experience at the “Professional Administration” class, in the School of Industrial Design at the Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia. The document seeks to contribute to the people's qualification as the main resource at the company, in this particular case, the industrial designer, and for the decision making around the curricula in design programs. Fundamentally, it starts from the need of creating a professional who´s self-resilient, competent, with the ability to interact and transform the society, as well as design in itself. Administration is viewed as a science, as an art. It establishes that the making-up and qualification of the person are the basis for the professional development.
