| الملخص: | Este artículo está dirigido a reflexionar y profundizar acercade los procesos de investigación, desarrollo y transferenciatecnológica en el hábitat popular con el fin de zaportar elementos que contribuyan a generar respuestas progresivas eintegrales a partir de una experiencia piloto.En la primera parte se plantean los objetivos del trabajo y seformula un modelo metodológico posible de reproducir. La segunda parte expone una experiencia de coparticipación de actores enla construcción de un Plan de Viviendas Palafíticas en el Municipio de Villa Paranacito (Argentina), en el que se analizan los distintos momentos que en dicha comunidad generaron los procesos deinvestigación y desarrollo (I+D) y de transferencia tecnológica(TT). Finalmente, se concluye con una reflexión sobre laimportancia de repensar estos temas, con el fin de generarpropuestas alternativas procurando soluciones apropiadas a las comunidades y su hábitat en el marco de un desarrollo sustentable.Descriptores:Hábitat popular; Desarrollo tecnológico; Desarrollo comunitario;Recursos locales.AbstractThis article is intended to make people meditate on and to godeep into the research, development and technologicaltransference in the Popular Habitat to contribute progressive and integral answer-generating elements as from a pilot experience.In the first part the thinking structure regarding the problemis presented and a methodological model capable to be replicated in the actions on the Popular Habitat is set out.The second part presents an experience of the actors co-participating in the building of a Palaffitic Housing Plan inthe Municipality of Villa Paranacito, Argentina, which the different moments generated by the research and development (I+D) activities and the technological transference (TT) in saidcommunity are analysed. The conclusion brings out areflection on the importance of rethinking these topics so as togenerate alternative proposals in the search for appropriatesolutions for the communities and their habitat withinsustainable development. |
