| Samenvatting: | El SIEMA-VIV es un sistema constructivo para viviendas multifamiliares de desarrollo progresivo, que se genera a partir de un sistema estructural articulado denominado SIEMA (Sistema IDEC de Estructura Metálica Apernada), conformado por componentes metálicos estandarizados para la construcción de edificaciones educativas y de oficinas. El trabajo presenta la adaptación del sistema estructural SIEMA al uso residencial, manteniendo el concepto original, pero generando los cambios necesarios para satisfacer los requerimientos técnicos-constructivos, normativos y de habitabilidad de las viviendas multifamiliares de baja altura de desarrollo progresivo, con el objetivo de lograr gradualmente una vivienda confortable y segura en todas sus etapas constructivas, dirigida a comunidades organizadas que planifiquen el crecimiento de la edificación y el mantenimiento de la misma y su entorno urbano. AbstractThe SIEMA-VIV is a multifamily building system for progressive development, which is generated from an articulated structural system called SIEMA (IDEC System Bolted Steel Structure), consisting of standardized metal components for the construction of educational buildings and office.In this paper we present the adaptation of the structural system SIEMA to the residential use, keeping the original concept, but generating the necessary changes to meet the technical-constructive requirements, regulatory and habitability of low-rise multifamily progressive building development with the goal of achieve gradually safety and comfortable housing in all stages of construction, aimed at organized communities who plan the growth of the construction and maintenance of the same and its urban environment. |
