Summary: | Testimony to the permanence of the ideas described in the "Discourse on Method", the architects and engineers initiatives of the 1960s to establish a scientific basis for the studies in design process started from the same triad. Even today, the stages of analysis, synthesis and evaluation processes governing the design of objects and buildings and allow us to elucidate the action of the designer during the design process. The first move in the project is the analysis where the constituent parts of the context in which occurs the intervention of the designer or the parties what will be the proposal form are identified. Regardless of the first action possible to understand the situation or to initiate product development, it is clearly an analysis. This issue of PARC features articles that address the analysis procedure in the design, including the architectural program for the evaluation of the building. |
