總結:Value analysis research has its contribution by providing knowledge of what is the value perceived by the user. This knowledge can contribute to the development of more attractive housing for buyers. Knowing the preferences and needs of users also allows the definition of project requirements to be satisfactory and aligned with the expectations of the residents. This paper proposes a Systematic Review of Literature (RSL) on the value perception of residential buildings users, with the objective of identifying studies of interest and classifying them in thematic groups. The methodological procedures consisted mainly of the search, selection, and evaluation of the results obtained in six databases. As a result, this research obtained twenty-three journal articles that were associated with four distinct thematic groups. The obtained studies evidenced the diversified character of the researches related to the user’s perception, due to the variety of situations, methods, and particularities considered in each one. Therefore, the distribution of articles in thematic groups allowed the identification of trends and patterns that may guide the development of future research and provide a view of the researches current stage of development in this area. The obtained articles emphasized the importance of developing feedback tools for the housing design process so that the user’s requirements are adequately understood and incorporated into the housing developments.
