總結:The complex and dynamic social relations observed today in urban spaces and the ubiquity scenario of new technologies test the utopian and centralizing pattern historically used in the planning and management of Brazilian cities. In this sense, new concepts and tools emerge as computational technologies advance, so the act of planning and managing cities gains new possibilities. From this context, the City Information Modeling (CIM) paradigm arises, information models used in several areas of interest at the urban scale, such as data storage, project development, city management, and planning, capable of assisting in the decision-making processes urban policies. Given this, this article proposes to evaluate, employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), the scientific production on CIM referring, strictly, to approaches at the scale of urban planning and management in Brazil, between the years 2008 and 2018, disregarding other approaches such as, for example, urban project and design. The main results demonstrate that there are publications on the chosen approaches. The first of them took place in 2015, reaching the highest rate in 2018. Most studies in urban planning focus on the conceptualization of the CIM applied to the city development process and on the use of computational tools for data-based planning. We inferred theoretical and practical studies of the CIM model aiding management and sustainable growth. The most used means for publication were periodicals and the ENANPARQ event. Finally, the rate of advanced research on the topic is low.
