Description
Summary:This article presents the way in which the sewage system has built its territory through history, and in turn explores the different roles it has taken in the spatial conformation of the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires, between the end of the 19th century and the middle of the twentieth century. In the same way, it will investigate the sewerage and city interaction, relating the technical, political-institutional dimensions and the reading of territorial projects, in the successive juxtaposition of logics and interests between the formation of the State and the production of urban space for this city.
