Description
Summary:The study of the territory, considered a systemic-holistic vision as important that addresses those natural, social, economic, cultural and political-institutional dimensions, that result from the comprehension of the territorial from different scales, hierarchical and in interaction. With the aim of approaching into the different dimensions, the objective of this work is to describe and analyze the scenarios of the villages ((localities of less than 2000 inhabitants, Law 8102/1991) of the Plain region of the province of Córdoba, through the territorial capitals raised by Boisier. This materializes from a review of theoretical perspectives of territorial development, to then propose strategic lines of action in pursuit of comprehensive local-regional development. It is necessary to point out that the communal settings in the region under study present similar realities in relation to territorial conformation, urban needs and environmental problems. The research was carried out with the support of quantitative and qualitative information that allowed the exhaustive analysis together with the development of action proposals. The conclusions presented seek to broaden the approach for future research on synergistic capital from the intervention and transformation of the study territories as a component of territorial development. With the aim of approaching into the different dimensions that make up the territorial system, this work offers some reflection on the nine capitals proposed by Boisier. To this end, the reality of the villages (localities of less than 2,000 inhabitants, Law 8102/1991) of the Plain region of the province of Córdoba (Argentina) has been addressed. The research has been carried out with the support of quantitative and qualitative information, knowing first-hand their needs and territorial problems. Finally, strategic lines have been developed to work on the integral development of the villages of the Plan region, as well as, some perspectives for future research in synergistic capital as a component of territorial development.
