| Zusammenfassung: | In the construction of civil works will continue to commit mistakes which have resulted in constant loss of family heritage, caused by non-observance of standards and codes that have been hardly tried to implement in daily build. Facing this problem, this article proposes the elaboration of a guide for the drafting of specific technical specifications, that has a structure that allows to speed up the process of formulation of documents, unify criteria, procedures, and integrate all components in an specification easy to use by builders and auditors, even by non-specialists. In this way is intended to expand the current context and to serve as a guide or path to the inclusion of new concepts.Keywords: Civil works, regulations, criteria, building. |
