In some cases, they were thought as a reproductible and prefabricated system to press forward the building process, and in others, as an architectural resource to improve environmental conditions, introducing a second elevated roof that worked as a sunshade in areas of intense solar radiation. Under this concept, he was able to design an element of great aesthetic value and universal range, applicable to different situations. En la arquitectura de Amancio Williams los techos altos tuvieron presencia constante. En unos casos fueron pensados como un sistema prefabricado reproducible para agilizar los procesos de obra y, en otros, como un recurso arquitectónico para mejorar las condiciones ambientales, mediante un segundo techo elevado que actuara como parasol en zonas de intensa radiación solar. Bajo este concepto logró diseñar un elemento de gran valor estético y alcance universal, aplicable a distintas situaciones.
