Based on the dispute that has meant the construction of the "Memorial de las mujeres víctimas de homicidio por razones de género en Ciudad Juárez, México," a result of the judgment issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights against the Mexican state in November 2010, analyze how they have been generating at least two different projects that bear a sensitive and complete construction of the event, of what it means to live this border town. |
