Based on the dispute that has meant the construction of the "Memorial de las mujeres víctimas de homicidio por razones de género en Ciudad Juárez, México," a result of the judgment issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights against the Mexican state in November 2010, analyze how they have been generating at least two different projects that bear a sensitive and complete construction of the event, of what it means to live this border town. El artículo plantea la producción de regímenes de sensibilidad a partir de las prácticas y experiencias obtenidas de vivir el espacio urbano, mismas que se articulan en una comunidad en desacuerdo, la cual fue, en este caso, Ciudad Juárez, México. La disputa que ha significado la construcción del Memorialde las mujeres víctimas de homicidio por razones de género en Ciudad Juárez, México, resultado de la sentencia emitida por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos en noviembre del 2010, es el marco de referencia que permite analizar los dos proyectos distintos que han surgido de ella, mismos que cargan con una construcción sensible sobre el significado de vivir esta ciudad fronteriza.
