The analysis was conducted from the observation of the visual setting of modern spaces and its relationship with the representation of the body's social connotations. Las bañistas presents a plastic synthesis and an updating of vanguard art and the iconography of hegemonic erotic art where body and architecture merge to shape consumption spaces. El artículo propone el análisis iconográfico de Las bañistas, pintura de Jorge González Camarena realizada como ilustración de calendario para la empresa Cemento Cruz Azul en 1935. El análisis se realizará a partir de la observación de la configuración visual de espacios modernos y su relación con las connotacionessociales de la representación del cuerpo, ya que Las bañistas presenta una síntesis plástica y actualización del arte de vanguardia e iconografía erótica del arte hegemónico, donde cuerpo y arquitectura se fusionan y conforman espacios de consumo.
