Along with the magazines from the continent’s mostimportant publishing centers – France, England and Italy – it also studies the Spanish media,which was distinguished from the rest by its explicit preference for Mexican architecture overBrazilian architecture, the latter of which was of more interest in other European countries. Este trabajo pretende superar el estudio de los monográficos de las revistas para presentar un análisis global de los contenidos latinoamericanos incluidos en los medios europeos en las décadas posteriores a la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Para ello se revisarán los principales focos de emisión del continente: las revistas de Francia, Inglaterra e Italia. A ellas se sumarán las españolas, que se distinguieron del conjunto por su interés explícito por la arquitectura mexicana frente a la brasileña, el país que, sin duda, resultó más llamativo para los europeos.
