Son quince años desde la declaratoria y es momento de abrir un diálogo activo y proactivo entre todos quienes trabajamos o nos vinculamos con el patrimonio, como la ciudadanía y las instituciones públicas y privadas. Es muy propicio que se viva a Cuenca como lo que es, una ciudad patrimonial llena de elementos, espacios y experiencias culturales, que no sólo responden a las necesidades primordiales y diversas de sus ciudadanos, sino que evidencian su alma y espíritu.Palabras clave: Cuenca, ciudadanía, oficios tradicionales.
