Within this context, thearticle presents a research methodology for intercultural studiesthat takes into account Colombia´s cultural diversity and characteristic race mixes, as a contribution to the processes of contact, dialogue and coexistence that we have named here "multicultural interactions". La presencia de un número cada vez mayor de estudiantes indígenas en las universidades públicas y privadas de la ciudad de Bogotá, ha propiciado en la Academia espacios interculturales de reflexión y creación que abarcan nuevas formas de educar, narrar e investigar la realidad, a partir del encuentro de sentidos entre el pensamiento occidental y la sabiduría ancestral de las culturas indígenas del país. En este contexto, el artículo presenta una propuesta metodológica para la investigación intercultural que da cabida a la diversidad cultural y a los mestizajes característicos del territorio colombiano; como aporte para los procesos de contacto, convivencia y diálogo que hemos denominado interacciones multiculturales.
