Barrio Cruz: La permanencia de la continuidad y el arraigo
El Barrio Cruz tiene sus raíces en el Concepción del siglo pasado. Su entorno urbano ha ido transformándose bastante radicalmente desde sus inicios. Hacia el norte, por el año 1887, deslindaba con terrenos municipales y el Lazareto.
