However, there are too many matters that are urgent to face in order to ensure that this new attitude does not lose force over time.This work, which is part of the Study on Identification of Buildings and Zones of Historical Conservation of the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism, MINVU, intends to illustrate relevant aspects of heritage and the evaluation criteria for heritage elements. Por su aporte al fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural a nivel nacional y local, hoy cada día son más los que apoyan las iniciativas para preservar nuestro patrimonio construido. Esto es un gran avance de la sociedad chilena en su conjunto. Sin embargo, quedan demasiadas materias que son urgentes de abordar para que este nuevo pensar no pierda vigencia con el paso del tiempo.Este trabajo, que forma parte del Estudio de Identificación de Inmuebles y Zonas de Conservación Histórica del Ministerio de la Vivienda y Urbanismo, Minvu, pretende ilustrar sobre los asuntos relativos al patrimonio y los criterios de evaluación considerados en los elementos patrimoniales.
