Se indaga en uno de los edificios del Barrio Cívico, obra de René Aránguiz Saravia y Luis Muñoz Maluschka. Este último contribuyó al Barrio Cívico no sólo para efectos del mejor cumplimiento de las ideas de Karl Brunner y Carlos Vera, en su calidad de Jefe de la Sección de Urbanismo de la D.G.O.P., sino también desde algunas obra de arquitectura integrada al megaproyecto de diseño urbano del Barrio Cívico de Santiago en los años 1930.
