Description
Summary:This paper deals with the gap existing between the developed and underdeveloped countries where the former diffuse their technologies derived from principles that protect their own interest and which invade the underdeveloped countries markets thus transgressing a different reality with the consequent result of chaos, confusion and misery. To compensate for such a perverse distortion the paper postulates the need to set a new value on the human being and the right to work, the selection of socially suitable technologies and a move towards a social economy, pointing out that the market globalization needs a cultural counterpart.
