To compensate for such a perverse distortion the paper postulates the need to set a new value on the human being and the right to work, the selection of socially suitable technologies and a move towards a social economy, pointing out that the market globalization needs a cultural counterpart. El artículo se refiere a la creciente brecha observable entre los países desarrollados y los subdesarrollados, donde los primeros difunden tecnologías derivadas de principios que resguardan únicamente sus propios intereses, e inundan los mercados de los países subdesarrollados, contraviniendo una realidad distinta a la de ellos, que sólo acarrea caos, confusión y miseria. Para compensar esta distorsión perversa, postula la necesidad de revalorar a la persona humana y el derecho al trabajo, seleccionar tecnologías socialmente apropiadas y propender hacia una economía social, señalando que la globalización del mercado necesita una contrapartida cultural.
