This is done from a methodological point of view where the interdiscpline, the dialogue between the different actors and source of knowledge are essential to the path to follow in order to achieve propositions to tackle these problems. If we take a quick look at the demands, the interests and the needs which the professionals claim in order to approach the problems of habitat, we find that these look like a profile for the different professionals that are needed. Sectors or actors demanding professionals to intervene the social habitat: enterprises, government (to carry out programs), NGOS, base social organizations, the common citizen. If we add to this mixture our intention to generate a space for the formation of human resources to intervene the social space from a complex and integral point of view which demands the production of new knowledge and tools created from a interdisciplinary and critic point of view, we are faced then with new challenges like incorporating new actors to participate in the dialogue for the construction of strategies. Una de las metas que persigue el cuerpo docente de la Cátedra Interdisciplinaria e Interinstitucional de Hábitat Social de Santa Fe es la formación de recursos humanos especializados para intervenir en los problemas de hábitat actuales. Esto desde una propuesta metodológica, donde la Interdisciplina, el diálogo entre los distintos actores y saberes que circulan, son ejes estructurantes del camino a seguir para llegar a las propuestas de abordaje de estos problemas. Si uno hace una rápida mirada y un breve análisis de lo que hoy es la demanda, las necesidades y los intereses que reclaman profesionales para abordar los problemas de hábitat, descubre que aparecen un conjunto de "pedidos" que dibujan varios perfiles en relación a qué "profesional/es" se necesita/n. Sectores o actores que demandan profesionales para intervenir en Hábitat: empresas, gobierno (para la implementación de los programas); O.N.G.; organizaciones sociales de base; ciudadano común. Si a esta diversidad de perfiles le sumamos nuestra intencionalidad de generar un espacio de formación de recursos humanos para intervenir en el hábitat social desde una mirada compleja e integral, que exige la producción de nuevos conocimientos y herramientas desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria y crítica, son varios los puntos de tensión que se nos presentan como nuevos desafíos a emprender, entre ellos el de incorporar a nuevos actores al espacio de diálogo y de negociación para la construcción de estrategias a seguir.
