Sárraga, Ricardo de This paper presents the state of advance in the academic experience called "Analysis of the urban articulation in the Barrio General Belgrano (Villa 15)" where besides the scientific work, the chance of establishing a coordination with the local management is aimed at. It contains an interdisciplinary approach to be applied in the field, mixing qualitative methodologies (participatory observation, record, interviews) with field measurements and constructive analysis. Very specific technical support during emergencies (evictions, flooding, infrastructure). Villa 15 (Hidden City) is a very complex sector: very large (17, 5 hectares in 32 blocks), highly populated (10.000 inhabitants), strong consolidation (more than 50 years), several evictions, social exclusion policies even under democracy, applying collectively to state founding, low participation, old animosities, governmental decision makers keep their distance, little connection with the formal city, no connections with the university, a few ONG´s. The decision was made to act in an unprivileged sector (block 32) through routes, internal meetings, participation in networks within the Villa. A study is made of the social actors (inhabitants of the block, nearby neighbours, GCBA, etc) who sometimes have different interests but who inevitable act in the same space. Settling dynamics, production ways, agreements, disagreements, projects by the neighbours and the state, all are taken into account. Se exponen avances de la experiencia académica "Análisis de articulación urbana en Barrio General Belgrano (Villa 15)"; donde se busca, además de la tarea científica, posibilidades de articulación con la gestión local. La misma contiene un enfoque transdisciplinar para articular participativamente en campo villero, mixturando metodología cualitativa (observación participante, registros, entrevistas) con mensuras de terreno, relevamiento gráfico, análisis constructivo. Se asesoró técnicamente concurriendo a resolver emergencias (desalojos, inundaciones, infraestructuras) desde acotadas posibilidades de gestión. Villa 15 (Ciudad Oculta) es un sector complejo: enorme extensión (17,5 has en 32 manzanas); población densa (10.000 hab); alta consolidación (más de 50 años); múltiples erradicaciones; mantenimiento de política de exclusión social aun en democracia; cooptamiento de organizaciones locales desde instituciones Estatales; baja participación (y diversificada) y enemistades sostenidas, distanciamiento de decisores gubernamentales; pocas relaciones con ciudad formal; rol alejado de la universidad; escasas ONG. Se decidió actuar en un sector desfavorecido (manzana 32) a través de recorridos, fomento de reuniones internas, participación en redes villeras. Se estudian actores sociales (habitantes internos de manzana, vecinos de borde, GCBA, etc.) con intereses a veces dicotómicos, pero que convergen inexorablemente en el espacio. Considerando dinámica de asentamiento; modos de producción; consensos, disensos; proyectos de vecinos y del Estado. Se anexan contenidos y métodos del trabajo con los alumnos.
