Resumo:The habitat quality is a group of measurable characteristics which allow for the evaluation of the conditions under which people live. When we live in areas threatened by an earthquake, flooding or landslide this quality is reduced since we do not have a safe place for our house. Aware of this situation, the Bogotá City Council has included in its Land Planning a series of measures and it has given the necessary power to several institutions to vacate, relocate and facilitate access to housing in safe conditions thus improving life quality and transforming the urban landscape with the aim of making it sustainable and competitive.
