Περίληψη:This article analyzes the advertisements produced between 1920 and 1950 in order to sell the plots in Greater Buenos Aires. The images that showed the location of the projects in the leaflets and maps were a key instrument for the sale of land and reflect several issues. On the one hand, they show the role played by real estate agents in charge of the task; but in a wider aspect, they refer to the consensuses between those who sold the land and the very diverse sectors that selected a place to live, which together built the metropolitan expansion.
