Итог:Oratories are constituted as highly significant religious architectures within a domestic scale, in the puna context. These constructions are oriented to the devotional practices of the families, constituting them selves as the houses of the different saints and the virgins to whom they are dedicated. This is how these oratories, although they share with the houses in general the same earthen constructive technologies, receive a special treatment. In this article, based on the field work carried out in three communities of the puna of the province of Jujuy (Susques, Coranzulí and Rinconada), we propose to advance in the knowledge of these oratories, especially considering the constructive resolutions and their morphological characteristics, as part of the houses of different families. However, we are also interested in observing the role of these oratories in the framework of the cult of saints, and its importance for the definition of domestic groups with in the conformations of the communities.
