Sumario:The main object of this article is to upraise the trajectory of Arturo Prins, graduated as an engineer at the University of Buenos Aires, and educated also in Fine Arts in Paris and Rome. He was the director of one of the most important architecture studios in Buenos Aires city at the beginning of the 20th century, author of numerous buildings and projects, and had received important prizes and honorific mentions. He took part in cultural associations as a member and lecturer, and at the same time he worked as History and Theory professor at the School of Architecture of the Faculty of Exact, Physics and Natural Sciences, University of Buenos Aires. To this end, this work has two sections: a “biographical register”, with issues related to his personal life and his academic and cultural training; and a “catalog proposal”, which attempts to sum up his complete building repertoire, laying a foundation for future research.
