Both groups, diverse, heterogeneous and even contradictory, will make up the two faces of society. The Eva Perón Foundation and its director entered into the scene at the end of 1948, leaving charity behind to give way to integral social justice. Its aesthetic component, headed by the neocolonial, provokes an architectural dialogue not without friction, with its otherness: the vestiges of the Charity Society and a combative anti-peronism.

El 17 de octubre de 1945 las reglas de juego de la política argentina cambiaron para siempre. A partir de la llegada de Juan Domingo Perón a la presidencia, y de Eva Duarte al campo de la acción social, la mayor parte de la sociedad argentina se divide y agrupa tras dos banderas políticas: el peronismo y el antiperonismo. Ambos grupos, diversos, heterogéneos e incluso contradictorios, compondrán las dos caras de la sociedad argentina. La Fundación Eva Perón y su directora entran al escenario argentino a fines de 1948, dejando atrás la beneficencia para darle paso a la justicia social integral. Su componente estética, encabezada por el neocolonial, provoca un diálogo arquitectónico no exento de roces, con su alteridad: los vestigios de la Sociedad de Beneficencia y un combativo antiperonismo.
