Description
Summary:Currently one of the pandemics that is already part of the worldwide history is beingwitnessed, the COVID-19 virus has affected people in different ways, causing their isolationto prevent the spread of the virus. One of the consequences of this virus besides physicalhealth, is mental health, since people, being in isolation, perceive space differently and takeenvironmental attitudes regarding satisfactory or negative experiences of space; Being in aspace for an indefinite time, can develop stress and anxiety, caused by the virus situation andby the space design. There are spaces where people live with vegetation, either indoors oroutdoors, many people implement it or take advantage of the existing nature of the place togenerate views, sounds, microclimates, creating pleasant atmospheres. Research has beencarried out, based on the positive effects of human contact with nature, this research aims to verify these effects and how, in times of isolation, the presence or absence of nature canaffect the cognitive development of human beings in their homes.
