סיכום:This article explores the processes carried out to obtain a diagnosis of the main components related to the resilience of a city (assets, tensions and impacts) through the 100RC program. The research focused on the diagnosis of tensions and impacts, the “critical” points of a city, yielding results that clarify the panorama of the problems of a city and give rise to work correctly. That was the objective of this research, to detect impacts and tensions that affect the municipality of Villa de Álvarez through the tools used by “100 Resilient Cities” (100 RC), such as its methodology and software, supported by the framework of resilient cities (CRF) for the same organization. This with the help of the tools and methodology used by the “100 RC” program, for this, those who interact and live in the city, from public and private institutions, universities and citizens, were involved, taking into account the results of specialized workshops, of surveys and expert opinion. All this seeks not only to provide the basis for the development of a resilience strategy at the municipal level, but also aims to leave a background on the issues they will face.
