Una nueva mirada Casadei Carniel, Luisa The journal Gaceta Técnica in this new issue of the year 2018 opens on the Open Journal Systems platform, as part of an institutional project led by the Institutional Commission of Scientific Journal Directors of the Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado University. The objective, in the first instance, is to place the journals attached to the institution in a free management platform, for free access to the contents published therein, favoring editorial management, visibility and harvesting of articles by of the various indices. The journal Gaceta Técnica in this way acquires a new look, in the search to maintain the knowledge that is projected through it. La revista Gaceta Técnica en este nuevo número del año 2018 se estrena en la plataforma Open Journal Systems, como parte de un proyecto institucional dirigido por la Comisión Institucional de Directores de Revistas Científicas de la Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado. El objetivo, en primera instancia es la de colocar a las revistas adscritas a la institución en una plataforma de gestión gratuita, para el libre acceso de los contenidos que en ellas se publican, favoreciendo la gestión editorial, la visibilidad y cosecha de artículos por parte de los diversos índices. La revista Gaceta Técnica de ésta manera adquiere una nueva mirada, en la búsqueda de mantener el conocimiento que a través de ella se proyecta.
