| Sumario: | This article analyzes some of the architectural char- acteristics of the Temple of the Company of Jesus in Patzcuaro. The Temple of San Ignacio de Loyola was built in the early eighteenth century and its construc- tion to an intention to join the Jesuits of the visual and urban discourse in this city-ancient bishopric founded by Don Vasco de Quiroga. With this intention a study is done based on some concepts from the Jesuit archi- tecture and some of the elements of this temple com- pared to other buildings in the town.
