| Resumo: | This text explores the intertwinings between Luiz de Anhaia Mello’s teaching and the way he defined and expressed his public life positions and actions based on his theoretical options in the field of city planning. Essential texts are his 1954 O Plano Regional de São Paulo, and of his Curso de Urbanismo, Elementos de Composição Regional (City Planning Course. Elements of Regional Composition). Although they do not encompass all of his educational and public activities, they give us the true scale of the link between both spheres and expose in detail the “architecture” or “structure” of his city planning thought. |
