Sumario:The relevance of Post-Occupancy Evaluation for production of higher quality housing is already well established in research in the construction field. The research “HOW DO YOU LIVE: POST -OCCUPANCY EVALUATION INTERACTIVE SYSTEM ON HOUSING QUALITY IN DIGITAL MEDIA” is a Technology Innovation Project developed by the FACOM and FAUeD, which consists of developing an interactive app entitled “HOW DO YOU LIVE” and a Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POEs) management database, the “POEDIGITAL SYSTEM”. Together, the two products aim to identify the quality of housing investigated and which viability can be tested in case studies, substantiating their future replication in the national territory. The work, based on technological innovation, replaces traditional paper questionnaires and seeks to improve the user experience in order to make the POE process more efficient by increasing the quality of data obtained through the use of graphical interfaces designed for mobile devices. This article will deal with an analysis of application performance in tests conducted in the city of Uberlândia, MG. At this stage, the method used for pretesting and application were respectively “Think Aloud” and the definition of case studies. As a result, it was found that the app evaluation system, with regard to new formats of post-occupancy evaluation, offers a more interactive connotation and allows a wider reach, and may directly and positively impact the area of housing research.
