Sumario:This article presents the results of analysis of maintenance and building rehabilitation costs, obtained from field research report Avaliação Pós-Ocupação aplicada nos conjuntos habitacionais populares em Londrina – PR: Critérios básicos para a manutenção e a reabilitação predial (Post-Occupancy Evaluation of Social Housing Assemblages in Londrina – PR: Basic Criteria for Maintenance and Building Rehabilitation). The research report considered only the social housing units produced by Companhia Habitacional de Londrina – Cohab-LDA – in late 70’s and early 80’s. The social housing units produced by the housing agency (Companhia Habitacional de Londrina – Cohab-LDA) represent 84,19% of all social housing produced between 1969 and 1997 using city government funds. The building costs were formulated from a detailed survey of the ‘technological-constructive’ problems detected during the research.
