| Zusammenfassung: | This text composes a scheme for the analysis of the City Planning development in Bogotá. It emphasizes the different stages of the planning experience to reveal the route between one first normative stage of urbanism, by way of a second stage of city planning founding introducing a temporal horizon that includes a directing idea for the city towards a possible future, it completes the route in the 90’s at an urban planning stage in which plan is subject to economic means. The author analyzes each one of the models adopted in Bogotá in the period between 1900 and 1990 to show that the different approaches to such models and the further discussion around them reveal as different ways of seeing, thinking and operating on the city. |
