The displaced ones are a Hispanic heritage. For example, the natives were displaced. They were also those that fled by the bipartisan war. War that nowadays continues, and not as much as phenomenon, but as a tradition. The prints have been let see in the happening of geography. The natives lands passed to be of the Spanish, and after which they were mixed with the African race, enslaved in this continent, the earth received a diverse shade. The virgin geography of America, was sold, bought and was usufructed. Perhaps today all the fruits and vegetables are not cultivated that were wanted, because the cocaine, the poppy and the marijuana have replaced them. The rebels are the guards of these thousand of hectares seeded with illicit cultivations. It seems that with each step that advances to seed the illegal thing and to promote the violence, it repels in a race more and more accelerated of the growth without planned direction of the great large city of the country: Bogota and its Savannah. Los desplazados por el conflicto interno armado en Colombia no se deben contextualizar dentro de un escenario tan reciente como lo refiere la ley 387 de 1997 1. Los desplazados son una herencia hispánica. Por ejemplo, los indígenas fueron desplazados. Lo fueron también aquellos que huyeron por la guerra bipartidista; guerra que hasta nuestros días continua, y no tanto como un fenómeno, sino como una tradición. Se ven esas huellas en el devenir de la geografía. Las tierras indígenas pasaron a ser de los españoles, y luego de que se mezclaron con la raza africana, esclava en este continente, la tierra cobró un matiz diverso. La geografía virgen de América se vendía, se compraba y se usufructuaba. Tal vez hoy no se cultivan todas las frutas y vegetales que se quisiera, pues la coca, la amapola y la marihuana las han reemplazado. Los alzados en armas son los custodios de estas miles de hectáreas sembradas con cultivos ilícitos. Parece que con cada paso que se avanza por sembrar lo ilegal y por promover la violencia, repercute en un trote cada vez más acelerado del crecimiento sin dirección planificada de la gran urbe del país: Bogotá y su Sabana.
