Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:The program, Rural Sustainable Cities (CRS for its acronym in Spanish) implemented by the government of the state of Chiapas in the town of Santiago el Pinar arose from two issues, one of a social nature and the other of a territorial one. The former was due to the necessities of indigenous groups with scattered locations, that because of geographic, climatological, functional and deplorable habitable conditions, did not have access to adequate housing. The latter came from the location of settlements in high risk zones with a background of property and human losses. So, this research seeks to reflect on the effects that the habitat and the habits of the users have had from housing policies dictated without a previous study of the cost rumps, way of life and needs of society, since they were never taken into account to carry out the implemented actions.
