The model of Smart City seeks to solve the challenges of the contemporary city through intelligent interconnected systems, based on new technologies of information and communication, achieving a more efficient management of the natural and economic resources. Many cities have initiated their transformation towards a Smart City, each of them with a different approach according to his own needs and perspectives of development. This paper compares the experiences of Barcelona, Medellin, and Lima. |
