| Sumario: | In the following reflection I present four analytical categories related to the economic and cultural sphere such as globalization, risk society, marginality and rationalism with which the urban-architectural space is taught in a university context. The reflection presented below is part of the work carried out in the seminar: “Critical analysis of architecture and urban planning: contemporary options”. It corresponds to a self-criticism that tries to account for the need to decolonize the scientific knowledge with which it is taught to think about Latin American architecture and city. |
