Sumario:To inhabit an urban territory is understood, in one way as the different stakeholders’ capacity to appropriate the space and on the other way as the relationship between the physical space, the activities developed in those spaces and the significations generated over the practice and the materialities. Those materialitiesare tangible and/or symbolic emergences of different ways of appropriation and territorial disputes where the power of relations prevails and enforce inequalities between the different social sectors. These establish frontiers which delimit and evidence the conflicts and the many existent territories, phenomenon whichimprints particular characteristics to the current city configuration. In this article we study about the frontier materiality of inhabiting and its consequences in the urban area configuration called Chaco Golf Club, in the city of Resistencia, Argentina, with the aim tothink and develop possible strategies of mitigation for the current urban conflicts.
