In particular, it is about analyzing how the process of urban renewal in the area of the Condesa, caused certain conditions of socio-environmental vulnerability that, together with the earthquakes, made possible a disaster situation. For which, it makes use of different sources and official data, maps and newspaper notes. The purpose is to provide other clues for the discussion about disasters as a negative socio-environmental consequence of gentrification in this place. |
