| Riassunto: | For several years, the proclamation of the right to the city has acquired a prominent role related to two issues: on the one hand, the existence of a subject from a law perspective (the citizen), who uses and resides in the city, and in his daily practice it transforms, means and reproduces the urban space and, on the other hand, a differentiated citizenship whose access is denied and restricted as an echo of its socioexual, cultural, political and economic heterogeneity. This article presents a reflection that delves into this problem, stressing the discourse of urbanism and advances in a feminist spatiality key with the aim of advancing in the construction of a proposal from the south: the right to territory. |
