A quantitative methodology was applied, which included the techniques of multiple correspondence analysis and k-means cluster analysis. The results show that: approximately half of the households in Sonora have low access levels; the services with the lowest levels of access are thermal comfort, efficient lighting, and information and entertainment; this situation affects a series of human rights that is magnified by home confinement. Given this scenario, a series of actions are proposed that can improve living conditions in homes in the post-pandemic stage.
