Summary: | The main objective of this article is to show the design procedure of a roof, supported by the structural tensegrity system, and identify the way in which these structures work, in addition to analyzing and developing the pattern procedure for their construction. A cover is intended for open spaces, such as gardens, cafeterias or work areas, using a methodology, from design to functional verification and structural stability, by means of a 1: 5 scale model, with which improvement areas and criteria to be taken into account for its 1: 1 scale construction are identified. |
