A cover is intended for open spaces, such as gardens, cafeterias or work areas, using a methodology, from design to functional verification and structural stability, by means of a 1: 5 scale model, with which improvement areas and criteria to be taken into account for its 1: 1 scale construction are identified. El objetivo principal de este artículo es mostrar el procedimiento de diseño de una cubierta, soportada por el sistema estructural de tensegridad, e identificar la forma en que trabajan estas estructuras, además de analizar y desarrollar el procedimiento de patronaje para su construcción. Se plantea una cubierta destinada a espacios abiertos, tales como jardines, cafeterías o zonas de trabajo, utilizando una metodología, desde el diseño hasta la comprobación del funcionamiento y estabilidad estructural, por medio de un modelo a escala 1:5, con el cual se identifican áreas de mejora y criterios a tomar en cuenta para su construcción a escala 1:1. O principal objetivo deste artigo é mostrar o procedimento de projeto de um telhado, suportado pelo sistema de tensão estrutural, e identificar a maneira como essas estruturas funcionam, além de analisar e desenvolver o procedimento de padrão para sua construção. Uma cobertura é destinada a espaços abertos, como jardins, lanchonetes ou áreas de trabalho, usando uma metodologia, desde o projeto até a verificação funcional e a estabilidade estrutural, por meio de um modelo em escala 1: 5, com o qual são identificadas áreas e critérios de melhoria a serem levados em consideração para sua construção em escala 1: 1.
